Heyy, thank you sooo much<3 And yeaa i definitley think that 5’5 and 136 pounds is a healthy weight! If you want to tone then you should start working out with weights if you dont already. I would also do squats, medicine ball workouts, and do the circuit machines if you go to a gym:)
